Q&A
Can I bring in my own Caterer or Food?
You can choose your own catering company or bring your own food. We do not have kitchen facilities that can accommodate cooking or food storage onsite, you will need to provide all supplies for proper preparation and food storage such as warmers, utensils, coolers, etc...
Can we serve Alcohol?
Yes, you may serve your own alcohol or hire a bartending company if you choose.

What are your requirements to approve clients' own vendors?
Licenses/Permits and Insurance.

Do I need Event Insurance?
Yes, we require you to purchase Special Event Liability Insurance for your event.
We recommend using wedsure.com or wedsafe.com​

Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes, as long as there is no damage made to the venue. No nails, screws, staples, silk flower petals or loose glitter/confetti please. All candles must be flameless candles.
Any tape used must be removed.

How many hours is the rental for the venue?
Half Day Rental is 5 Hours and Full Day Rental is 8 Hours​​​

How late can my event run?
All events must end by the Calaveras County Noise Ordinance of 10pm.

Is there a Sound System on site?
Yes, we have a PA System with a microphone included, available for music playback.
We still recommend hiring your own DJ vendor.

Are there hotel accommodations close by ?
Yes, we have Jackson Rancheria Resort 14 miles away,
there's also The National Hotel, 16 miles away located in Jackson.
