Private Ranch  - Rustic Barns - Wedding / Event Venue

150 guests is the maximum occupancy inside the barn 

250 guests is the maximum occupancy outside the barn

We are currently a seasonal venue only at this time

and are currently booking events. May 30th- October 1st  2024 through 2026

$200 Per Hour (4 Hour Minimum)

Special Events Including Birthday, Graduation, Elopement, Bridal Shower,

Baby Shower, Going Away, Private Events and any other Special Event not Listed.


$1,000 Refundable Damage Deposit

 

What's included in the Venue Rental Fee?

  • 12-hour venue access 11am-11pm

  • Access to White Barn, Front Lawn and Lawn between Historic Barns

  • Lounge Stall inside Barn

  • Barn Stall Bar

  • Silo Bar

  • Portable ADA Restroom & Hand Washing Sink (upgrade available*)

  • Farm Animals

  • Horseshoes and Corn Hole Toss

  • Plenty of Parking Space 

 

Booking / Deposit: 

A 50% booking deposit and a signed booking agreement are required

to reserve your preferred event date

​Remaining Balance is Due 30 Days Prior to your Event Date

Liability Insurance Certificate required listing "Unity Ranch, LLC." as Additional Insured

Q&A

Can I bring in my own Caterer or Food?

We work with preferred partners who work closely with us to ensure quality. If
you do decide to use an outside vendor, an approval process is required.

 


Can we serve Alcohol? 

Yes, you may serve your own alcohol or hire a bartending company if you choose.

What are your requirements to approve clients' own vendors?

Licenses/Permits and Insurance.

Do I need Event Insurance? 

Yes, we require you to purchase Special Event Liability Insurance for your event.

We recommend using wedsure.com or wedsafe.com​

Can I bring my own decorations? 

Yes, as long as there is no damage made to the venue. No nails, screws, staples, silk flower petals or loose glitter/confetti please. All candles must be flameless candles.

Any tape used must be removed.

How many hours is the rental for the venue?

The rental includes 11 hours (11am-11pm), giving ample time for set up and clean up.

How late can my event run? 

All events must end by the Calaveras  County Noise Ordinance of 10pm.   


Is there a Sound System on site? 
Yes, we have a PA System with a microphone included, available for music playback.

We still recommend hiring your own DJ vendor. 

Are there hotel accommodations close by ? 

Yes, we have Jackson Rancheria Resort 14 miles away,

there's also The National Hotel, 16 miles away located in Jackson.
