Vendor Information and Guidelines 

Greetings, Vendors!

 

Please read through this information before applying to be a vendor.​​​​

​

We are accepting vendor space reservations for a variety of vendors who are wedding service related.

​

Vendor correspondence will be conducted via email. Please check your email regularly prior to the event to consider any notices or changes in addition to load-in time scheduling. Be sure to also check junk/spam folders. If you need to speak with someone please call (209) 584-9006

 

What we are looking for in our vendors:

 

We wish to offer a variety in quality vendors. While our emphasis is on quality, handmade and/or local items, we are not a “hand-crafters only” or “local only” event. We pick booths based on, but not limited to, the following criteria:

Product: 

We look forward to offering a quality mix of merchandise and crafts for our attendees. High-quality, handmade local items and services are highly emphasized and encouraged. 

 

Presentation:

Unique, clean, no clutter, professional displays of booth and staff. 

 

Vending Experience:

Experience is a plus, but we are open to those vending for the first time. If this is your first vending experience, please read the guidelines thoroughly to grasp what will be expected from your operation.

In addition to following the festival/vendor guidelines, we encourage all staff to be attentive and courteous to our patrons.

Vending Fee: $100 Non-Refundable

​

Includes-

10’ x 10'  Vending Space​ (tables, chairs and shade not provided)

 

Each vendor must fit in the 10’ x 10’ area provided. If you need additional space, please let us know.

 

Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean during event and cleaned up at the end of the event before leaving. All items, trash, equipment, unsold flea market items, etc.. must be taken with you.

 

If your space is not left clean, you will not be invited back to future events.

 

Power Outlets Available ($20 fee) - Approved generators are allowed in certain areas.

 

All approved and confirmed vendors will be added to events web page as well as any marketing efforts.
